Liverpool will need to assess the issues that caused Trent Alexander-Arnold and Ibrahima Konate to leave the match against Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday night.
Alexander-Arnold sustained an injury during the second half of the Champions League last-16 second leg at Anfield, where the Reds were defeated 1-0 and eliminated via penalties (1-4).

Head coach Arne Slot anticipates that the No.66 will be unavailable for Carabao Cup final at Wembley on Sunday, but hopes Konate – who limped off late into extra time against PSG – may be suffering from fatigue.
have to ask, but for me Ibou was more tired than injured. With Trent, had to come off. That’s never a good sign,” said Slot at his post-match press conference.
“And from what I heard from people who saw images or how he got injured, it didn’t look very good. So I would be surprised he is available for Sunday.”
Regarding any physical ‘cost’ to his team from the night, Slot continued: “The good thing is we play a final on Sunday, so mentally that’s probably the best you can ask for, because this is what we are playing football for: to play finals.
“And then there are two-and-a-half weeks before we start the season again.
“And if we can play nine times with this intensity – and the ones we play at home with the same intensity from the fans as well – then I am really looking forward to the end of the season.”
