Liverpool's No.11 has earned the accolade after a stellar performance, contributing to the Reds' three top-flight victories.
Salah four goals and provided an assist in November's fixtures as Arne Slot's men gained an advantage at the top of league standings.
He netted a winner against Brighton & Hove Albion in a 2-1 victory Anfield, followed by a decisive in the 20 win over Aston Villa, where he also assisted Darwin Nunez's goal.
Salah then played a role in the Reds' 3-2 comeback victory Southampton, closing out the month a vital brace to secure points on the south coast.
This is the sixth time the Egyptian has named Premier League Player of the Month, having previously won the award in November 2017, February 2018 March 2018, October 2021, and October 2023.
